Rycote's Micro Windjammers bring the same level of wind protection to your compact camera, DSLR--or even your cellphone--that their larger counterparts have been bringing to professional audio for years. Just because you're using a camera's built-in microphone doesn't mean you have to record every breeze or gust of wind on your soundtrack. These furry little creatures stick easily onto your camera's mic holes, helping your audio sound just as clean as your video looks.

question
Will this work on a camcorder Sony DCR-TRV110E ?
As per what Mark has said but do note there is a cold shoe mount on top for an external mic which I would expect to improve the sound like this https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1183909-REG/rode_videomicro_compact_on_camera.html

question
What os it actually ? Will I be provided with the mic ? I dont know how to use the mic
A mic is built into the camera and visible as a small hole in the camera body. Wind passing over the hole makes a roaring noise in the micThis furry patch is applied over the hole and prevent or greatly reduces this wind noise. It has a special double face adhesive tape to attach to camera body.

question
Is there something like this that would work on the Canon 70D?
It depends on the microphone placement on the camera. These are literally just a fuzzy whatsit with adhesive on the back. As long as there is a good clean spot on the camera to place it and the microphone port is small enough (smaller than the diameter of a pencil, for example) then it should work.
