I bought this for my d7100 with which I use a blackrapid metro strap. I knew that the strap couldn't be attached with the body bag so once I got it I made a slight modification. I made a cut and opening at the bottom so the strap can be attached to the camera and the body bag can be taken on and off without removal of the strap. it works great. the tether that came with the body bag clips to belt belt loop so I don't have to hold it while shooting. the body bag adds extra protection while I am out and don't want my full camera bag. it fits well over the d7100 with my 70mm-300mm zoom as well as a 35mm prime.

If you mean a 70-200mm, yes, the D750 without a grip and that lens will fit.
