this bulb was very hard to get into the light itself, and I ended up having to have my boyfriend get it in for me because I wasn't strong enough. Other than that, its so bright and gives off a solid amount of heat. Love it for what im using it for (low light settings for wedding receptions)

I have ViP Pro-light (EU model).
Will GCA 120V 250W work with my light in Europe?
No it wont work. I learned the hard way while shooting in Denmark and Paris. Best is to get 220v bulb and not use a converter.

Are there LED alternatives to this bulb? I realize it won't have the same output wattage. I can work around that.
The Osram GCA (250W/120V) Lamp only comes as a quartz bulb. There are no LED versions.
