In truth, I haven't yet had the project that required both lights, but they work wonderfully, and the app-based control is easy to understand and use. I bought batteries to power it (it does not come with any batteries) in lieu of the included power cables. Aesthetic gripe (and ever so petty) is that the control panel has to be upside down for the proper light angle to be possible in the bracket.

When using the diffuser, the LED light produces very soft light without harsh highlights on the subject. For portrait and product photography, the softness and natural transitions in light create a highly professional look with great texture.

You have 4 controls on the app. -intensity -tungsten to daylight temp RGB color for the RGB LED's, which are interspersed with the tungsten to daylight LED's -relative power between tungsten to daylight and RGB Manually you have also some funny weird settings, for the unlikely case in which your working place, desk or studio, becomes all of a sudden a disco.
