The Nikon E-Series 50mm f/1.8 is an economical standard lens for Nikon F-Mount manual focus cameras. Nikon E-Series lenses were offered as an economical option to the more rugged standard AIS manual focus lenses. Though seemingly "minimalistic" this lens performs otherwise with very high optical quality.
