SmallRig EN-EL15C USB-C Overview

Power any Nikon camera that uses EN-EL15c batteries with this orange EN-EL15c USB-C Battery from SmallRig. The fully decoded EN-EL15c battery features a 2400mAh, 17.28Wh capacity and provides a 7.2V output. A 5V, USB-C input allows you to charge the battery to 100% in about 2.5 hours with any USB adapter or power bank.

The lightweight plastic casing is fire resistant with a durable design. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included for charging, and a cover is included to protect the battery contacts in storage.

No reason not to save money here. Works just fine in my D850

Broke after one shoot

I charged it full, and used for a long shoot with my Nikon Z8. Then charged it full again, but the Z8 stopped recognizing it saying that this battery is not compatible. Inserted into another Z8 body, all the same. My second SmallRig battery, and second frustration (another one was of a different type, and I reviewed it in the appropriate product page).
