The CT-20 Aluminum Tripod from SmallRig is a lightweight and versatile tripod that includes an Arca-Type ball head and can convert to a monopod when a tripod is too bulky or slow. Made of a lightweight magnesium-aluminum alloy, the CT-20 weighs only 3.46 pounds but has a robust load capacity of 33 pounds and a maximum height of 78.7". The two-section center column and reverse-folding legs allow the tripod to fold to a compact 19.6" for storage or transport, so it is easy to carry wherever it may be needed. The center apex of the tripod features three 1/4"-20 threaded accessory sockets, allowing extension arms and other accessories like microphones and monitors to be conveniently mounted.
The included Arca-type ball head has a large 36mm ball and features an independent locking knob for the panoramic base. It includes two quick release plates, plus an accessory smartphone holder.
