Does it have a 3.5 connection? I need a new mic for another brand transmitter?
The MINIFUR-LAV by Rode is only a windshield. No mic included. The Rode Lav however which is pictured for reference, features a proprietary connector that allows you to choose the proper connection for a particular transmitter or application. They will fit sennheiser lavs if you remove the inner of two rubber rings. Nice snug fit.
