If the adapter does not have an aperture control, how do you change the aperture of the lens?
The design of the adapter does not allow any aperture control. The lens will be fixed wide open.There are some that will work with autofocus A mount lenses and that transfers the electronics so the lens will work controlled from the camera.Some of those are;1.Sony A-Mount to E-Mount Lens Adapter (Black), B&H # SOLAEA3 MFR # LAEA3.2.Sony A-Mount to E-Mount Lens Adapter with Translucent Mirror Technology (Black), B&H # SOLAEA4 MFR # LAEA4.And this one has an aperture control on the adapter but is manual, Novoflex Adapter for Sony/Minolta AF Lens to Sony NEX Camera, B&H # NOSASNEX MFR # NEX/MIN-AF.
