The Sennheiser MZQ 02 Double Tie Clip is a miniature lavalier clip used to mount a pair of Sennheiser MKE 2, MKE 102, MKE 104, ME 2, ME 4, or MKE Platinum series lavalier microphones. This clip can be configured to mount either single or dual lavalier mics.

I work in television and use these clips every day.
If you use Lapel Mics with a clip, this is the best of its kind to keep the Mic away from clothing etc. I use it with a Countryman B3 and a foam windscreen. No scratching or rubbing from shirts.
