I received this with an tripod order as a bonus I suppose, I purchased several SONY z190s, is there an adapter I can purchase to make these functional for that camera?
We're afraid not. We are not aware of an adapter that will allow this controller to work on a camera that has a LANC input, it is meant for cameras that use the EX control system. Instead you would need B&H # MAMVR901EPLA, which is the LANC version of this controller and will work with the Z190.

You need to change out the rosette screw with a longer one, Manfrotto part no. R1094142.
