I have a Minolta x700 and wikipedia says that it ...

I have a Minolta x700 and wikipedia says that it has a SR Mount. Is it possible to use this reverse ring on my camera? Because I can't find one that's made especially for an SR mount.

The Minolta X700 uses MD lenses, so this adapter is compatible.

No, this will not work. This 49mm Reverse Adapter will only work on A-mount Minolta/Sony cameras (Sony's DSLT cameras rather than their mirrorless ones).
