Do I have to replace the card board from inside the roll?
The Impact Cross Pole for Uncored Paper or Fabric Backgrounds (106.3") is really made for uncored material. The cardboard core in Seamless paper will fit the pole but it can slide around.

question
Did anyone else have an issue with the pole not being wide enough in diameter? I'm unable to fit my Drive sets into it making it really hard to use!
There is a very simple solution to this problem. Are you familiar with the "anti-skid" material that's used under rugs? It's that rubbery grid material you put between the floor and the bottom of the rug to keep people from slipping. Anyway, I got some 2" double stick tape and applied 2-3 one foot strips on each end of the pole and wrapped the anti-skid material around each end. Having the anti-skid between the pole and the inside of the tube keeps is from slipping.

question
Where can i get muslin that is 100 to 106 wide, so it is not too wide for the 106 pole?
This pole is used with a fabric that is exactly the same width along with a Impact Wall Mounting Kit for Holding Three Seamless Backdrops B&H # IMVPDH3WK to allow the background to be pulled up or down easily. As for fabric backgrounds within that size, you can find those here: https://bhpho.to/2G8iTtC
