These Atlas microphone stands are very nice (I bought one of these before) but the packaging is very flimsy and doesn't provide sufficient protection for the base of the stand which is over 7 pounds. It wasn't damaged but the box took a beating.

The microphone arrived today and so happy I picked this one! The chrome is beautiful and will serve the purpose for our next get-together. Seems to be built solid and should be able to use the stand for many years to come. We had already purchased an inexpensive mic clip that will support a WIDE Fifine wireless microphone. We are good to go for the party later in the year. Thank you so much B&H Photo for making the mic stand available with free shipping! You have the best price!
