    Lowepro LP36393 reviews

DSLR Video Fastpack 250 AW (Black) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Most Useful Camera Bag! -Even with the bag full it does not stress out my back and feels light and comfortable. -Its not ugly either. If you care about what you look like its got a nice simple design. -Its water proof and has a nice slip cover for extra protection. -There's a spot to hold everything. -Its fully adjustable and you can find different hints to put in all the pockets and holsters. -One of the main reasons i got this bag is because of the easy side access and its really convenient and safe. -The tripod holder is definitely a good bonus! -For the price its definitely one of the best out there! -There is not really that much to not like about this bag!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my bag! My previous bag was bulk and didn't store my gear efficiently. Since I made the switch to the Lowepro DSLR Video Fastpack 250 AW, I couldn't be happier. It holds all my gear (Canon 60D w/ Battery grip, 18-135mm kit lens, 50mm prime lens, 320EX speedlite, and all my cables/chargers)along with my work laptop. This bag is deceptively large. I was able to fit my DSLR w/ battery grip and still have room to attach a 70-200mm lens. The best selling point of this bag for me, has to be it's discreet appearance. The bag is all black (including the logos), so I'm able to travel about w/out drawing attention to myself. This is a good bag that offer a ton of storage space, while still remaining flexible--allowing you to reconfigure the bag to suit your shoots needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Example of gear that can fit in this bag I specifically was looking for a photo gear backpack that would carry my body, lenses, and most used accessories Plus a few overnight things like socks, underwear, t-shirt and simple toiletries. The Lowepro Video Fastpack 350 looked like my bag until I saw just how huge it was in a video review... Enter the Video Fastpack 250: Most reviews are not informative - I want to know what (size) body and main lens (size) you can hold plus other lenses and accessories. To the point, here is what I hold Main lower gear compartment: EOS 70D (easily gripped) with EF 70-300L IS with hood extended. Invert the hood and you could slip in a provided partition for an 'upright' EF 24-105L IS, for example. 320EX speedlight (out of case) on left side of camera body/mounted lens (lots of room for larger speedlight, in fact Lowepro made a special compartment where you could fit a long accessory 'under' the speedlight, too. Two other compartments for 'upright' large lenses (size of EF 24-105L IS, for example) There is a compartment for a huge laptop that would hug against your spine. I don't have one, and I have read it is uncomfortable for some people. Upper Compartment: I threw in a rocket blower, SD cards, Lens-pens, a pen, extra AA batteries, extension tubes, and other stuff and I still have room for socks, underwear and a t-shirt plus toothbrush and comb. It actually comes with a little (video?) accessories pack in the upper compartment which seems handy for maybe stuff you don't grab often... remote shutters, etc... There is an outer upper compartment to easily get at extra batteries, charger, microfiber cloth, Rolaids, and more. On the side pocket you can put in a water bottle, or I attached a medium sized compact umbrella. There is an upper clip belt to secure it AND you can also pull out the tripod pouch under the water-bottle pouch and insert a tripod leg and share the upper clip belt with the umbrella. This a large, comfortable, water resistant, well thought out photo-gear backpack that I am excited to have. I own the Fastpack 100 which is a great little backpack to carry your extra stuff in... while you carry around your camera body and lens (yeah, if you put a 70D in this packpack - you can only attach a 18-55 kit sized lens, plus two other upright smallish lenses like 85 f/1.8 size) You will get many other details from other reviews but I wanted you to know the body size and lenses and accessories you could typically fit. I did not see ONE video review of this backpack on youtube or anywhere - except one good reviewer briefly showed the size difference between his Video Fastpack 350 and the smaller 250, which sold me on the 250. Thus I took a chance on this bag but am quite pleased. Remember, the regular Fastpack 250/350 do not have a tripod holder, only the Video Fastpack. Please let me know if you found this review helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Conflicted on this DSLR Backpack I love the exterior design of this well-made bag (and this bag is remarkably spacious). That said, I returned it as soon as it arrived because I didn't like how the camera body sat somewhat loosely in the padding. I tried to adjust the padding to fix that, but still felt like it was sagging and not completely snug in place. This may have been just the one I got. I am also very cautious about protecting gear (probably too cautious!). But I'm happy now with a smaller bag where the camera sits in its holster a bit tighter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great camera bag This backpack is what I was looking for in terms of space for my camera gear and for other items like a rain jacket, wallet, and water bottle. There is also a compartment in the back for a laptop or tablet. In the gear storage area, I have my Canon T2i, two lenses (70-200 and 17-55), plus my flash and cord. There are also two pockets for sdi cards. I put my lens hoods in the top compartment. There is still room to spare for small items. There is a side pocket and clip for a medium-sized tripod. The idea with this bag is that you can swing the bag off one shoulder so the gear compartment is in the front. Loaded with gear, this is really hard to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spacious and well designed I have replaced my computer case with this backpack. I have a Canon 5d III with one long, and two short lenses. Everything fits perfectly for me.Only think I would want to change is better organization of the general space above the camera case space. Otherwise, it is perfect for my needs.I bought this in-store at B&H. I was totally impressed by the level of knowledge and support at that shop, not just from one but from all the sales assistants. Each was a hands-on practitioner in their area. What an amazing way to deliver value to your customers. Best Buy take note: selling electronics in relail like a flee-market creates no value for the brick and mortar stores.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great design I returned an Tracmac Evolution 8 for this bag because the Evo 8 had the worst straps and totally lacked proper ergonomics for a camera backpack in today's market. The Fastpack allows for side entry, fits a 15 MacBook Pro and holds my camera and a few lenses with ease. I can fit a full-frame Canon, with with grip and a telephoto attached easy! I even have room left for some of my analog cameras and film! The Fastpack has a good shape and sits on my back well when full, evenly distributing the weight. Very happy with the quality and design of this bag, although it does slouch forward then set on the floor upright - because of the lack of support on the one side due to the horseshoe shaped zipper opening.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! This backpack was everything I hoped for and more. It holds my canon dslr camera with an attached telephoto lens. It also has space for y other lenses and accessories I need for my camera. I used to have to carry 2 camera bags because I wasn't able to keep the longer lens on in the bag with other accessories. Now I have everything in one ORGANIZED backpack, as well as my MacBook Pro, and iPad. There's still 2 other compartments with loads of room haven't even filled yet. I love the fact that it has straps/buckles that cover the zipper compartments while carrying on back to prevent any kind of theft. Great bag!
