Its flat, wide frequency response is designed for crucial reproduction of vocals. Designed for outstanding performance in broadcast, theatrical and sound-reinforcement applications, the VT500's frequency response delivers exceptionally transparent audio reproduction with minimal noise.
More DetailsSpeech clarity is enhanced with a slight rise in frequency response at the upper frequency range, while the omnidirectional polar pattern suppresses handling and clothing noise. Noise caused by radio frequency interference is also minimized with an internal RF filter. The cable is unterminated, allowing for custom connectors to be wired.

question
I bought this mic for use with me Sony URXP03 wireless transmitter and it isn't working. Did I get the right one?
No this one wont work with the Sony ones its unfortunate because the plug is exactly the same. I made the same mistake the first time around. You need the one that is for Sony, not the one for Senheiser. They are not swappable. You should be able to send it back easily. BH was good with me about that.
