Nice Color and Size, but too Thin

This Muslin Background would have been great if it wasn't so thin, almost a thickness of a bed sheet. It won't stop the light leaking when lighting from above the background and or behind the background, it also has some undesirable wrinkles. Again, I love it's size and the Reversible Colors, it just lacks the quality of a Muslin Background.

Yes, there are several metal eye holes on at least one end if the fabric sheet.

How neutral gray is this? I prefer not to have a bluish or warm gray.

Its about as neutral as can be when measured with a spectrophotometer. Like neutals do, they shift based on the ambient light and may look bluish under daylight.

Yes you can add gels for various effects with this background as one might do with a gray seamless paper roll.

The instruction insert says muslin can be machine washed. Can it be machine dried as well?

NO I CANNOT. Says so right in the package. The fabric is cheap with cheap dye that rubs off. The label says spot clean with a damp towel. Not good.

The eyelets and pocket on mine are along the 10' side. But use clamps instead of either of those options.

WHAT COLOR IS THE OTHER SIDE?

The colors are pretty close to what is pictured here. One side is the darker charcoal color, the other side is more of a medium gray.
