Does this antenna work with SRa receivers?

Yes it will: The Lectrosonics AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna is a replacement antenna for the SM, UM200, UM400, UM190, UM195, UM400a and SRa beltpack transmitters. The antenna features a standard stainless steel connector SMA connector and nearly indestructible steel wire.

Sorry for the question, but this doesn't look like it has a 2.5mm screw in termination, but it says it's compatible with the UM190. This screw in termination will still work? Just want to make sure before I order it.

The Lectrosonics AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna has a stainless steel SMA connector not the 2.5mm you will find on the UM 190. They are not compatible I think the confusion is that the LMa receivers use the 2.5mm antenna. The UM 400a receivers use the AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna with the SMA connectors.
