The Lectrosonics Whip Antenna Kit (AMJKIT) features an angled antenna with an SMA termination, assorted colored caps and a cutting template. Trim the antenna according to the template in order to accommodate desired frequency ranges. The antenna may be used for Lectrosonics SM, UM200, UM400, UM190, UM195, UM400a and SRa models.

Yes it will:
The Lectrosonics AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna is a replacement antenna for the SM, UM200, UM400, UM190, UM195, UM400a and SRa beltpack transmitters. The antenna features a standard stainless steel connector SMA connector and nearly indestructible steel wire.

Sorry for the question, but this doesn't look like it has a 2.5mm screw in termination, but it says it's compatible with the UM190. This screw in termination will still work? Just want to make sure before I order it.
The Lectrosonics AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna has a stainless steel SMA connector not the 2.5mm you will find on the UM 190. They are not compatible I think the confusion is that the LMa receivers use the 2.5mm antenna. The UM 400a receivers use the AMJ Color Coded Whip Antenna with the SMA connectors.
