I now am able to change out my beauty dish mount to Balcor, when needed. The switch to Balcor and Bowens mounts is super easy and quick.

I have just purchased the BDG-16 but need an mounting adapter. Will this work with Paul Buff Einstein?

If you instead meant that you purchased the Impact 16 Beauty Dish Reflector, B&H # IMBD16 MFR # BD-16, then yes, the Impact Beauty Dish Adapter for Paul C. Buff Alien Bee, Einstein, White Lightening, Zeus, Balcar Flashpoint Flash Heads, B&H # IMBDAALI MFR # BDA-ALI, listed above will allow you to connect the Impact 16 Beauty Dish Reflector to your Paul C. Buff Einstein monolight strobe. The BDG-16 grid would then attach to the above Impact beauty dish.
