Was hoping that this would fit my Mola.. but ended up having to drill it a bit. Besides that, it has a really strong build and I don't see it breaking anytime soon.

Yes this will fit the Broncolor Siros 800 L as well as other Broncolor heads that accept the Pulso accessories.

I recently switched my lighting to Broncolor. I would like to replace the adapter ring on my Mola Setti beauty dish. Does this fit?

Unfortunately, this adapter has not been tested on the Mola soflight reflectors to confirm whether or not it is compatible. A model is compatible is the Mola Speed Ring for Broncolor Pulso B&H # MOSRBP.

Depends on the flash head you use. It works perfectly with the G-Heads and Unilights .. For the smaller heads it works as well I think.
