Our school used these headphones on our wireless mics for large production. Everything worked flawlessly! We are huge fans of B&H and will continue to use as a resource for all of our school production needs. Thanks guys!

Is this compatible with a Shure MLX1 Bodypack ...

Is this compatible with a Shure MLX1 Bodypack Transmitter J10 band? thx
Asked by: Doug
This Shure MX153 Earset Headworn Microphone has a TA4F (4-pin mini-XLR female or "TQG") connector which is compatible for use with Shure bodypack transmitters. I think the model for your transmitter may be BLX1 (not MLX1 - there was a typo on some of the product descriptions from other retailers). But regardless of the model number for your transmitter, the MX153 microphone will work with Shure bodypack transmitters. The connector type and wiring configuration are what matter for compatibility of the microphone and transmitter, not the wireless frequency band that the system operates on.

I need something like this, but for broadcast from my phone. I need headphones with a professional mic built in with a 3.5mm Jack. What can you offer for me?
Asked by: Paul
For smartphone purposes, a quality bluetooth headset would be the best option of offering both a mic and headphone built in. For a low profile option, here's this Plantronics recommendation. BH #PLV5200UC .
