The 5 x 7' green screen X-Drop Background from Westcott is a lightweight and wrinkle-resistant polyester/cotton backdrop that can be used for headshots, product photography, weddings or general commercial photography. It comes with a 2" pole pocket along the top edge and grommet holes on the top and bottom, allowing for easy hanging and eliminating the need to establish a top or bottom orientation. When it gets dirty, the backdrop can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and tumble-dried on low. It's designed to work in conjunction with the Westcott X-Drop Background System, but will work on any suitable background support system.
- Grommet Holes Along Top and Bottom Edges
- Machine Washable in Cold Water
- Made of Polyester/Cotton Blend

Westcott X-Drop Green Screen Reviews
Good for one person zoom meetings
The material holds up well and the setup is easy although it does take at least two minutes to complete each time. you need space behind the screen for the floor posts that jut out. when at a zoom meeting the screen needs to be brought in pretty close in order to cover the whole picture.
Quality green screen
Very good green screen. Works perfectly with my editing software. Thick, soft material. The few wrinkles it had in the packaging came out by themselves after I hung it up.
Inferior Design to Collapsibles
I really don't understand the move to X-Drop style backdrops over collapsibles. I'm a headshot photographer who's primarily worked with collapsibles for the past 15+ years. They're much quicker to deal set up, more simple, and have the same quality to them. And now you can barely find them as the whole industry has downgraded itself in favor of the more complex X-Drop style. Not cool.
Unlike the white backdrop where the wrinkles disappear with a light source, the gray backdrop prominently shows them. While Westport lists the drop as wrinkle free from stretching, it's not actually the case.
Wanted to try a green screen out for my YouTube video's. This was inexpensive and met my needs. Took a few times to figure out the lighting to make it all work, but once I did the green screen worked flawlessly.
Love it! Bought it on a whim.
I always wanted a green screen...bought this on a whim for fun and have used it at work and at my wife's classroom. Totally worth the laughter and joy it brought to the kids to see themselves in space, or in the jungle, etc. using different computer generated backgrounds in their pictures.
Green is good
I use this horizontally with my own support frame as the frame you can get for this is vertical aspect. And it works!
Does what it needs to do !!
I do a lot of headshots and have done multi jobs with this system. The time and space it's saves me is worth the trade off. Nothing like it !
