I needed these to make an XLR connection out of my mixing console with very little room. These do buy back a small amount of space, but not a significant amount compared to standard XLR cables.

Bought so I could put cover on my mixer case but the pins are on the wrong side it covers the board with cable instead of cable running to the back of board so when inserted into your mains L & R the right angle should face away from user

Can't beat the sound quality for the price.

These are not Mogami cables, but lets be honest with ourselves, the common listener won't be able to tell the difference if it was being compared to higher end cables. If you can afford high end cables then by all means get them, but if you're like me and most audio engineers these are a great value for the money.

Perfect for keeping XLR out of the way

My mic is on a boom arm above a keyboard, so a normal XLR came out of the mic in a big arc and would get bumped while I was typing. This right-angle fixed that issue and keeps the occupied space to a minimum.

Is the right angle female XLR clockable, i.e., can its socket be rotated to other positions so that the right angle faces a different direction?
Asked by: Jim
To the best of my knowledge it is not. If you need it to be adjustable, look for a cable that sports the Neutrik brand right angle connector as they are adjustable in 90 degree increments. Look at item# KOM3010R There are other length options, and some that are coiled, that B&H offers
