I'm renting an office space, that I have turned into a mini production studio and having a bunch of stands cover the floor immediately makes the small space feel even smaller. After suffering for over a year, I found these, and purchased five immediately. When I tell you having my lights, mics and backdrops off the floor and hanging from "the heavens" immediately changed everything for me. I've been beating myself up ever since I got them, about not doing this sooner, it really has free'd up space and opened the creative floodgates.

Don't use a scissor clamp without a safety cable, it's essential.

Will this clamp work with drop ceiling rails that are 1/2" wide (skinnier than the standard 1" wide rails)?
These would need a standard drop ceiling rail to close down on both sides.
