The CTM-2400 has a listed load capacity of 22 lb and the VH-A30 has a load capacity of 33 lb and yet the kit is listed with a load capacity of 11 lb. Is this accurate? I would imagine that the combined load capacity would be a minimum of 22 lb. Does combining the two items lower the load capacity?
It's likely that the kit previously used a less sturdy head and we forgot to change the information. It can definitely handle more than 11 lbs.

Can the tip end, including rubber covering, of this Monopod be removed and replaced with a whole new Tip? If removable, can replacement tips actually be purchased? I use the Monopod as a walking staff as well as for camera support and the rubber is largely gone.
Unfortunately, the rubber tip end of the Oben CTM-2400 cannot be replaced.
