Kupo Runway Stand Base

The manufacturer states that the dimensions of the Kupo Runway Stand Base are 4.69 x 6.06 x 5.2 inches (11.9 x 15.4 x 13.2 cm). The MFR only lists the length of the unit when closed/folded; the closed length of the base is 17.25" (43.82 cm).

The Kupo Runway Stand Base comes in silver/chrome only; there is no black version.

Yes, the Kupo Runway Stand Base has a 1-1/8" receiver and it will fit the post of the GVM C-Stand.

Sorry I don't know. I have several Kupo Runway Stands Bases to work with my Matthews C-Stands column pole risers. They work perfectly together. I also purchased several Kupo column pole risers (MFR#KS705112) to work with the runway stands. Kupo is a solid product but a little heaver than the Mattews C-stands but no regrets. If the Kupo Runway Stand Base works with your Flashpoint C stand pole risers and you have two of them. I would purchase 2 Kupo bases. Easier and safer to roll two stands connected together than to physically pick up and move across the room. Well, I don't know if this helps you out. -Don

I have purchased two of these stands thusfar...and although they are well made they DO NOT fit the average c-stand 1 1/8" riser?? We have 3 different ones here (Impact, and avenger) and none of them fit into the receiver? When I threw a caliper on the Riser and the receiver it is indeed two different sizes.

Yes, I have 5 Matthew turtle base C-stands that I can convert to rolling stands within a moments notice when on location. Just make sure to sand bag the stands properly. I use so called donut sandbags with great success that distributes the weight evenly.

I can't imagine how this runway stand base would work with a Dana doll. This is a roller base. Insert a C-Stand riser column into it's receiver, and you've got a rolling light or monitor stand. Very sturdy and a good buy.
