The DT-02D50 Tilt Head with Panning Base and Quick-Release Clamp from Sunwayfoto includes the DT-02 Monopod Head and the DDC-50 Screw-Knob Clamp. The DT-02 Monopod Head features a panning base with laser-engraved index marks at the bottom that allows 360° movement for precise capture of overlapping panoramic images. In addition, the locking knob allows you to set the base at a particular panning position independently from the tilt. The DDC-50 is an Arca-type compatible clamp with a removable bubble level and index marks for accurately placing your QR plate. The tilt head can hold up to 26.5 lb, weighs 11.8 oz, and stands 3.4" high.

One reviewer noted that pins were NOT included, why are the pins not included?
You can change the position of the clamp 90 degrees by simply unscrewing the center bolt and repositioning the lock pins. Extremely easy to use, no instructions needed.
