The Verbatim 64GB Store 'n' Go V3 USB 3.0 Flash Drive (Gray) B&H # VE3SNG64GBB offers a password protection software. Password protection is to prevent unauthorized users to change or access your files. When enabled, you will be asked to enter your current password to access the files. In case you have forgotten your password you might not be able to access your files anymore.

So, my question to all you users is, am I able to use this directly with a USB cable and my camera and transfer as I shoot?
