I also think it is a situation where you may spend a moment ensuring your mic is "Balanced" in the Holder

Sennheiser MKH8060 fits with this?
INV LITE 19, prefer to avoid it as concern for secure grip on mic and may be leaving a mark on mic. Didn't find much evidence on internet.
We purchased 4 INV-7 HG MkIII mounts for our MKH 20s and 40s. They have performed well and hold the mics very tightly. The 8060 is a little smaller so I would go with your selection of the INV Lite 19 for boom mounting a mic of your diameter. I've never noticed them leaving any kind of mark on the microphone. I'm sure if they did folks would be screaming.

Will this support and fit on the blackmagic ursa mini 4k? supporting an NTG 3, I have heard its heavy for most shock mounts, I do not want drooping.
The Rycote InVision mount will support the Rode NTG-3. In order to secure this mount to the URSA Mini, you will need a 3/8 to 1/4 thread adapter.
