It integrates across platforms with Windows, Linux, UNIX and Macintosh environments. You can consolidate multiple servers into the SnapServer DX2 NAS using the data import tool. You could also host virtual servers and database applications using the iSCSI SAN feature.

The SnapServer DX2 NAS supports Microsoft VSS/VDS integration that simplifies management and ensures consistent application snapshots. It protects data by replicating to one or multiple SnapServers. You can take snapshots for point-in-time recovery and perform backups to disks, VTLs or tapes.
