Can you use a spray gun instead of a roller or brush?

You would have to clean it immediately, as it congeals into a glue-like consistency quickly.

question

I used a Canon image prograf printer and Kodak smooth matt canvas and allowed the print 5- 7 days drying time. When I applied this varnish 9-1 (distilled water) with a sponge roller it lifted the blue ink onto the roller spreading it everywhere, thus ruining the print. Why?
Asked by: david f.
I have not had any luck with using any varnish diluted. They all seem to lift color especially black colors and other darks. It works best to use at least one layer that is not diluted then you can apply diluted layers. I have had the best luck with Premiere Eco Print Shield.
