Its construction features 24 AWG Neglex quad oxygen-free copper conductors, served (spiral) bare copper shield, cross-linked polyethylene insulation, and a flexible PVC outer jacket.
The W2534 cable provides high immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) and extremely low capacitance, allowing it to yield a 10 to 20 dB improvement in signal-to-noise ratio performance compared to similar twisted pair cables.
