The etherCON RJ45 Feed-Through Coupler for Cable Extensions from Neutrik helps connect two cables together to extend the overall application. It features a secure latch lock system. The coupler can be used with all RJ45 plugs, including the NE8MC RJ45 cable connector.

Used these in a few different installs - makes it super easy to have a reliable coupling of ethercon, rj45, or a mix of the two (I got one for my personal rig to connect an ethercon spool to a computer for KVM use in a portable environment when I want ethercon durability). Only difference I’ve seen compared to the next model up is that it doesn’t pass PoE. I’ve used them for HDMI over cat extenders and have had zero issues with them as well (we have a junction in a closet where it either can send via a brush plate to the stage wall, or via conduit to a floor pocket, depending on the application)
