The Tascam Kamesan KS-T2000 3 Channel Portable Field Mixer is a stereo output field mixer designed for use with film, DV, and miniDV productions. The KS-T2000 features three channels, each with an XLR input that accepts mic or line level and has switchable 48 volts and A-B mic power. Additionally, each of the three channels has an independent high pass filter set at 160 Hz, which allows you to eliminate low frequency rumble, such as wind noise, from your mix. Each channel can be routed to the right or left master outputs, or to both.
The KS-T2000 provides you with two sets of stereo outputs, two XLR with assignable mic or line level output, and two unbalanced RCA jacks. For further output control, there are left and right master output faders.
The front panel was designed to make the volume controls easily accessible for the audio tech who is also operating the camera.
