It's just only for one appliance?? Because I see 2 output... In my case I have 220V electricity and I need to transform 2 appliances from 110 to 220V.

is it for short-term or long-term use?
I am not a geek but it is a heavy duty transformer -and in my OPINION made for long term use. Hope that helps.
