Rated 4 out of 5 by from exactly what i needed nice accessory to my 2-way radio. would have preferred the ptt button to be easier to access. I plan to use this when biking and don't want to have to search for the small button. Ear piece is very comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful The earpiece fits nicely and blocks out sound. However, the microphone on these is terrible. I shoot wedding videos, and I bought these to communicate with shooters discretely during ceremonies and receptions. I could not understand 99% of what was said into them. Sometimes I could make out one word, but the person speaking had to be talking loudly (higher than regular talking level) in order to achieve that amount of clarity. My advice is to spend a little more and get something that works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it The audio quality is so poor that we ended up not using them. I do not recomend these at all. Not worth your time or money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I use the PTT Headset to communicate with my fellow videographers when shooting weddings. Best part is you can hear the communication very well without having the words get into the video you are shooting. Only thing is that maybe it should have a cliop at the point the speaker connects to the earpiece tube.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good and bad I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the design. The good -- the ear plug style stays in a lot better than the ear buds on the less expensive headsets included in our Motorola radio 2-pack. The bad -- even with the better seal of these earplugs, you can't hear the radio at all in a loud environment. There is no way to turn the volume up enough to hear anything. I can make out the call signal from another radio, and move to a less noisy environment, but that's it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must-buy accessory. Makes radios usable in busy environment This is pretty much a must-buy accessory if you are going to use the talkabout radios as anything other than a toy. If you need to communicate with a team working on a large or crowded event site, you need a headset in order to be able to hear anything. The sound comes through nice and clear and directly into my ear so I don't miss a thing. The Talkabout radios with these headsets are a nice cheap alternative to professional systems with dedicated, licensed frequencies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well We used them to make our bouncers look more official. It really worked! People would back down just cause they saw the earbud. You have to be right up next to them to see the earbud as it's pretty low-key, which made it all the more impressive. Only complaint I had was that it didn't work with my Uniden 2 way radios, I had to get Motorola for them to work. Other than that it's awesome. Thanks!
