A must for the hand grip

If you buy the hand grip, this finger loop is a really good way to make it easy to carry securely in one hand. It can work its way loose after a time, so I've learned to check that it is tight from time to time. I have one on my Leica M2 monochrom as well as my M11-P.

Experiment" for me with this loop on the Q2 with excellent results!

Somehow in my research I saw a review utilizing the finger loop on a Leica Q. I made the choice to try this finger grip on my Q2. And the finger loop is a perfect fit on the Leica hand grip. I just received this finger loop, today and I absolutely love the feeling it give's you while, holding your instrument for extended periods as well you can just rest the camera at your side for a relaxed and secure control. Now I am going to order another for the Q2.monochrome. Favorite cameras of all time, ever.

No. It does not work on the Q. The only option would be the hand grip item # 19505 to be used on the Q. No finger loop available.

Unfortunately, there is no way to test out the sizes without having the product. If you have larger hands, I would advise going with the Large size. The Medium will be better suited for average fingers.

So let me get this straight. The handgrip is $109- but this little finger loop is $149-? That's how they're listed on this website. Surely this is a mistake and I assume it is $149- for both the grip and finger loop. Is this correct? Love the concept of a more secure one hand grip.

I have this combo for the X-Vario. Yes, Leica sells it to you as two accessory pieces. Those prices look high to me but maybe they've gone up. I don't recall the finger loop being quite so expensive (bought it at B&H too). This combo is not inexpensive by any stretch but both pieces are extremely well made and go together beautifully. No rough edges, nicely finished. I particularly like the machined screw swivel of the finger loop. You're paying for this precise machine work (and high quality materlals) and of course, the Leica NAME.

I have large hands and the large loop fits well. It might be better to get the normal size if the don't have large hands.
