The Manual Extension Tube Set for Pentax K Cameras from Dot Line is an easy way to get extreme close-up photographs using your Pentax K camera and lens. Just attach your lens to the tube, attach the tube to the camera and move in close until your subject is in focus. All functions are in manual mode using these extension tubes. A set of three tubes is included: 12mm, 20mm, and 36mm. They can be used individually or together.

To its credit: all metal, comes apart for #1, #2, #3 or any combo of spacer rings, and it mounts well to camera body. The bad news: chintzy release mechanism at lens end, and worse, no lens I own will mount to the tube nearly far enough to lock in place. One can just barely get enough grab that the lens MIGHT stay attached to the tube. I would not even consider using this with my best glass. But because it works AT ALL, I'm keeping it until I can find a decent used Pentax tube set. Then this goes in the trash. Oh - and of course, it does allow lens and body to communicate, but that's no surprise with extension tubes.
The most common complaint about these are poor and tight fit, making them hard to attach and remove. I had no problems with these.
