Is this compatible with Nikon D750? If not, is there another Vello grip for the D750?
The BG-N7 Battery Grip is not compatible with the D750. At this time, the only battery grip option for the D750 will be the Nikon MB-D16 (B&H # NIMBD16), which is currently available for pre-order. Otherwise, there will most likely be a Vello option, but it does take time for third party accessories to be available on the market after a new camera has been released.

Will any third party L-bracket work with this battery grip for example a Kirk L-bracket or a RRS bracket?
Not true. The Kirk L Bracket for MD-12 (BL-D800G) does not correctly fit. Battery pack can not be inserted or removed, and the microphone ports are not accessible.

Actually Nikon says with the MB-D12 and in 1.2x or DX crop one can achieve 7 fps. However this does NOT appear to be the case with this non-Nikon grip.

Why is this grip so mush less expensive then the Nikon brand....
The Vello BG-N7 Battery Grip is less expensive than the Nikon brand because Vello is a lesser known, third party brand, and chooses to create a more affordable product in order to make items more accessible to customers.
