The HB-60 Bayonet Lens Hood for NIKKOR 70-200mm F/4G ED VR Lens from Nikon is a circular bayonet lens hood designed for the 70-200mm f/4G lens.

Lens hoods are primarily designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you get the added benefit of protection for the lens from accidental impact and the elements.

This is a dedicated lens hood for a Nikon 70-200mm f/4G lens and will not be compatible with the Nikon AF-S 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G Lens. You will want the Nikon HB-36 Lens Hood: http://bhpho.to/1pJylmv

Is there any Tulip kind of Lens Hood for Nikkor 70-200 F/4 ?

Nikon only provides the HB-60 hood for for the 70-200mm f/4 lens. To get a tulip hood, you need to turn to a third-party supplier of universal 67mm hoods. However, if I were you, I wouldn't follow that route for fear of compatibility or quality issues.
