    Ooma OOMA LINX reviews

Linx Wireless Phone Extension is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ridiculously Simple Setup I purchased my Ooma Telo over three years ago, and have the 'Ooma Premier' annual membership with two phone numbers. We never use the second phone number, so when my aging in-laws moved in with us last month, I got the Linx to put a phone port in their room. I simply created a second 'Device' in the configuration web site, and moved the unused phone number to the new device. The Link connected phone only rings when that number is dialed, and our phone number doesn't ring in the in-laws room. If I ever need a dedicated fax line, this would be the way to do it. You can have up to nine phone numbers on your Ooma account - they cost an additional $4.99 each starting with the third number.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is so easy to set up It's not plug and play, but pretty close. You have to do a little bit of syncing with the Bluetooth (or blue lights). Similar to the Ooma Telo. It has a colorful fireworks display session - pretty!. You might want to videotape it and post it... It's not long but not short - I didn't time it... 6 minutes? So as soon as that was done, just plugged in a wireless digital phone in my parents bedroom and now they don't have to get up and walk over to pick up the phone (it's not far, but they don't have to get up from under the covers). So this is so very useful! It's worth the price is convenience and hassle. Because to try to get the phoneline into that bedroom I talked to you about... even though it is not a long distance... well it's just not worth it. Besides this way keeps cables from tripping my senior parents -- that would be even costlier and painful. These two the TELO and the LINX work for perfectly together. once the setup is done I don't have to think about it... wait I did have it plugged in to a multiple outlet extension strip, but my parents kept knocking it off. So I plugged it in directly into the wall outlet... it's been there ever since. This is a really good product, I highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product No issues with the Linx wireless Phone extension. After teaming it with the base unit, a process that takes about a minute, then plug it by the extension phone and away you go. It also did other phones in the house as well. Only one needed per house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! Works as advertised. Since I'm an Ooma Premier customer, I called Ooma to help me set up the Linx device. I actually wanted my ported landline (one of my two numbers) to ring at the Linx. They needed to set that up. No issues. The call took 10-15 minutes. Everything works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ooma Linx We needed another phone in the kitchen and ordered the Ooma Linx. It was delivered quickly and was easy to install following the included instructions. Makes it easy to add phones where you need them.
