What is the difference between the "ultrasuede" and "fleece" materials?
The ultrasuede is a synthetic ultra-microfiber fabric and the fleece material is a soft napped insulating fabric.

Does this go overtop of the rubber eyecup on the C300 or replace it?
Derek, it simply slides over, and covers the eyecup... great little cover for preventing light spill, comfortable, and absorbs that little bit of moisture created when keeping a rubber eyecup on your face for a length of time.
