question
I lost the bolt for this, can I buy just that?
The screw is a 5mm, 0.8mm thread pitch (coarse), 10mm long threads. The head appears to be made to accommodate tightening with a coin. If you don't care about having the same head configuration a replacement could probably easily be found at a hardware store. Screw it in tight & leave it.

question
Without the bolt, what's the diameter of the hole in te middle? Would it fit in a 8mm shaft?
The center of the plate is a touch smaller than 8mm. And the plate is not designed to work with the softbox without the screw and bolt.

question
Does this plate fold with the octa box or does it need to be removed to pack?
Yes, it needs to be removed. But, it is very quick and easy to do, and it stores in the pouch along with everything else.

question
I recently bought the rapid box and the reflector plate. I'm a little confused regarding the setup though. The picture on the B&H website has the reflector plate with the inside facing the flash while the Westcott website has it set up with the inside facing away from the flash (unfortunately I already removed the sticker on the reflector plate. Can anyone please help clarify? Thank you in advance!
I just prefer it with the inside facing the flash. To me the scourged surface helps soften the overall output with or without the diffusion cover. Best is to do several test shots both ways, and just see which effect you like best for your style. There really is no right way. You can also watch different photogs use it either way on YouTube.

question
Hi team, I was just wondering what flash zoom would work better with deflector plate? Wide ie 24mm or something like 100mm, for better flash power output and filling up the whole rapid box with light. Thank you
The deflector plate for me is a must to reflect the light, soften and expand it.

question
Is it the same deflector plate regardless of size of the Rapid Box?
I'm guessing that because the Rapid Box is designed for smaller, Speedlight -sized strobes, the deflector was created to deal with that size strobe head.

question
Will 2 Profoto A1's work with this...
As Stuart F. states, the Duo would be a better option with the A1 than the current 26 octa for speedlights. The opening for the flash to enter the back of the Duo is wider and thus can better accommodate the configuration of the Profoto A1.
