The three included Impact 4-Socket Fluorescent Fixtures accept lamps up to 50W and have built-in tilting brackets and 5/8" receivers for the included 6' light stands. Instead of a speed ring, these lights have four receptacles around the head that accept the poles from the included 20 x 27.5" softboxes. The kit includes 12 digital-friendly CFL fluorescent lamps with E26 screw-in bases and a daylight temperature of 5000K. It all fits in the provided nylon carry bag.

The SF-32-120 Impact Spiral Fluorescent Lamp is a 32W/120V E26 medium screw-base lamp that fits Impact fixtures such as the Octacool and VA902 as well as many other lamp head brands. The lamp is daylight color balanced and has an average lamp life of 10,000 hours.
The Impact Light Kit Bag #3 (Black) is a soft padded case designed to transport and protect a 2 monolight lighting kit. It has space to hold 2 monolights with reflectors, cables, umbrellas and light stands. It is carried by 2 overlapping carrying handles or the included shoulder strap.
