Will this light flicker at 240 frames per second?
The Skylux lamp should not display a flicker at 240 frames per second. Avoid dimming the unit to the lowest power levels at this frame rate as the electronics of the fan can influence your video at lower power combined with a 240 frame rate.

Hi does the Rapid Box that comes with this kit have the Bowens mount?
Kim,The Rapid Box with the kit does have a Bowens mount. The Skylux version of the Rapid Box has lower density diffusion fabrics than the standard Bowens and other Versions due to the already diffused light from the Skylux.
