This is not the same material.
To begin with the Kodak Photo Fabric Stick Up is a matte tear resistant paper, the Photo Tex is an aqueous coated Polyester/Cellulose blend.

My printer maxes out at 11.8 mil. Can I use this with my printer?
As this paper is 13 mil thick, I would not suggest this for your printer as you rprinter maxes out at 11.8mil.

Will ink run if this is used with the Epson 9890? An aqueous ink printer?
I use the exhibition Canvas settings and there were no runs it dried well only problem is the color is not 100% accurate.
