Bower Digital HD UV Filter Reviews

Fits the bill

Besides protecting the lens, I bought it for the simple reason that the silver color matched that on my old Sony camcorder, and because it had plenty of threads for my center-pinch lens cap to grab on to. Although smaller in diameter than the lens housing, the lens cap grabbed the filter threads just fine. Instead of being flush, it now leaves a 1/16 gap between the lens cap and the filter, which is fine with me.

Great!

question

will this work on cannon Rebel
Asked by: Anonymous
It depends on the particular lens you have mounted on the camera. If you have the 18-55mm kit lens, then this would be the proper size for the lens. If you have a different lens, then remove the lens cap from the lens, and the underneath side of the lens cap will state the proper size filter you would need for that lens.

If the filter diameter says 72 then it will fit. If not sure pls check the back of you lens cap, it says a number, either 55, 67 or 72 etc. That's your filter size!
