The Vello Auto Lens Adapter for Canon EF/EF-S Lenses to Canon EOS M Camera enables you to use your Canon EF and EF-S lenses with the Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera system, which uses an EF-M lens mount. Does it work with the EOS M3 Camera?
Works just fine with my own M3. There is a slight amount of radial play as Douglas H. has mentioned, but nothing to worry about.

Do you loss any aperture with this mount, what I mean is if the lens is f2.8 will it still be f2.8 with this adapter. Also do you lose auto focus?
I havent seen any loss of aperture. And yes you still keep autofocus. Use this adaptor every day!

does this adapter work with canon eos m50 mirrorless digital camera and canon lenses ef-s 18-135 mm f/3.5-5.6 is usm well? is there any issues? or it is better to get original M lenses 18-135 for this camera?
Yes this adapter does work with the M50 as it does with all of the EOS M-Series Canon mirrorless cameras. I have used the adapter with my EF-S lens on my M3 mirrorless and have not had any issues. However those lens are much heavier and bulkier that the M series ones. And from my experience, my EF-M lens are giving me the same image quality as my EF-S lenses. The only EF-S lens I routinely use with the adapter with my EF-S close-up lens because it focuses down further than my 18-55 M series lens.
