The Vello Auto Lens Adapter for Canon EF/EF-S Lenses to Canon EOS M Camera enables you to use your Canon EF and EF-S lenses with the Canon EOS M mirrorless digital camera system, which uses an EF-M lens mount. If you have an EOS-M mount camera, do yourself a favor and get an EF-S adapter. The Vello has a small foot print and solid build quality. It rocks a firm fit for your lenses and the detachable tripod foot is sturdy. Fantastic price-performance ratio.

Do you loss any aperture with this mount, what I mean is if the lens is f2.8 will it still be f2.8 with this adapter. Also do you lose auto focus?

I havent seen any loss of aperture. And yes you still keep autofocus. Use this adaptor every day!

does this adapter work with canon eos m50 mirrorless digital camera and canon lenses ef-s 18-135 mm f/3.5-5.6 is usm well? is there any issues? or it is better to get original M lenses 18-135 for this camera?

I did not test it with that specific model of the camera and lens but it works flawlessly with M6 and EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM.Getting the original lenses has its own benefits: closer to the body and smaller form factor.
